Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns-

We’re sad to hear your goodies didn’t work out for you! We want everyone to be happy with their goodies. If you’re happy with them, but the sizing is the issue, please refer to our exchange policy so we can get you going in the right direction asap! 

To start a return, please email us at- info.foreversymphonieboutique@gmail.com

This email can be used for any questions or concerns about refunds on any item/items received. Make sure to have your order number and information within this email to ensure we are refunding the correct account and said item/items.
Please make sure ALL and any tags are still intact and packaging is reusable, (try clothes on before removing tags). You will need to be approved for the refund before shipping any item back to us, customer is responsible for shipping back returned, refunded or exchanged items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded an account CREDIT. (this is credit towards a future purchase). Please remember, it can take some time for this process. 

*FINAL Sale items are NOT valid for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. These are final sale. 

Please be mindful when returning items purchased. *No pet hair, damages, washed items or smoke smells, these will NOT be acceptable. 

 

*PRE-ORDER items-  These are FINAL sale and are not accepted as a return or exchange as they are not on hand and are ordered per item/size. Please keep this in mind when ordering; size, color, quantity etc. Order your usual size unless advised to size up or down as different vendors have different sizing. If the sizing is completely off due to vendor or there is a defect due to the manufacturer, we will then contact said vendor for an exchange/return and start the investigation process. *These are their terms*. (If applicable)

We will gladly give you exact store credit, minus shipping costs, for a future purchase on the website.

*You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items back to us. Once we receive, look over and approve your return, we will then apply a credit to your account or a gift card will be issued. Thank you for your understanding!
