Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 7- day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days starting the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags still on it, no pet hair, smoke or any kind of damage/smells. When you're excepted for your return, please enclose your packing slip, if applicable, and circle or highlight the item number you're returning so we can ensure that it's the exact item and that you're also getting the exact credit owed to you're account. (No cash refunds will be issued. We only issue store credit for your returned item.)

To start a return, you can contact us at info.foreversymphonieboutique@gmail.com with your order number, reasons, etc. to ensure we are returning/exchanging the correct item/s. Item/s sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issue

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect all items before shipping them out to you to ensure you're receiving a perfect condition goodie!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, Pre-orders or personalized items), bralettes or under garments, FINAL sale or bargain goodies, and personal care goods (such as beauty products), these are all non returnable items. Any or all items that smell of smoke or pets, have pet hair on them, have been worn or washed, tags are no longer intact or damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale items, final sale or gift cards. No exceptions!


Exchanges

  • The easiest way to exchange a non final sale/sale item is to contact us right away to make sure we have the exact item in stock still. The fastest way to ensure you get the goodie you are interested in/exchanging, is to return the item you have, make a separate purchase for the new item (if still available) and once we receive returned item/s, we will then credit your account for exact item/s cost. There are no exchanges on sale items, no exceptions!

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. (As long as it's none of the above stated, you're good to go!) If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account as store credit. (Minus shipping cost.) Please remember it can take some time for us to receive items, check and approve them before you see a credit. Once you use your store credit, the item/s you purchase are considered FINAL sale and will not be returnable or exchangeable. Your store credit is valid for 30 days. After the 30 days, it will expire. Please be mindful of this when starting the return process. Please allow us up to 3 business days to finalize your return and apply your credit.

Pre-Order Items

  • These are FINAL sale and are not accepted as a return or exchange as they are not on hand and are ordered per item/size. Please keep this in mind when ordering; size, color, quantity etc. Order your usual size unless advised to size up or down as different vendors have different sizing. If the sizing is completely off due to vendor or there is a defect due to the manufacturer, we will then contact said vendor for an exchange/return and start the investigation process. *These are their terms*. (If applicable)

We will gladly give you exact store credit, minus shipping costs, for a future purchase on the website.

*You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items back to us. Once we receive, look over and approve your return, we will then apply a credit to your account or a gift card will be issued. You will NOT receive an account credit if we do not receive your item. Thank you for your understanding!
